4.4. One account per person. Accounts are non-transferable.
5. What CryptoGrind Is — and What It Is Not
5.1. What CryptoGrind is. CryptoGrind is a market data and alert platform. It monitors publicly available data from cryptocurrency exchanges and blockchain networks. When the Platform detects a market event matching your configured parameters, it generates an Alert delivered via the Platform dashboard and, if you choose, via supported messaging services.
5.2. What CryptoGrind is not:
- (a) Not a broker, dealer, or exchange. We do not execute, facilitate, or arrange trades.
- (b) Not a custodian. We do not hold, store, or control any cryptocurrency, fiat currency, or digital assets.
- (c) Not an investment adviser. We do not provide personalized investment advice, financial planning, or portfolio management. Alerts are automated notifications, not recommendations.
- (d) Not a signal or copy-trading service. Alerts reflect detected market conditions, not trading instructions.
- (e) Not an execution or order-routing service. We do not connect to your exchange accounts and do not require API keys.
5.3. No exchange account access. CryptoGrind does not access your exchange accounts. We do not request, collect, or store API keys or exchange credentials.
5.4. Data sources. The Platform monitors publicly available data from Third-Party Platforms. We do not control or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of that data.
5.5. Each Product is described further in its Product Schedule.
6. No Investment Advice — No Fiduciary Duty
6.1. Nothing on the Platform — including Alerts, Market Data, blog content, educational materials, or product documentation — constitutes investment, financial, trading, tax, or legal advice.
6.2. We owe you no fiduciary duty.
6.3. Any trading or investment decisions you make after receiving an Alert or viewing data on the Platform are entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for evaluating execution risk, slippage, fees, funding, liquidity, timing, exchange limitations, and tax implications.
6.4. An Alert does not mean a profitable opportunity exists or will exist when you act on it. Past events are not indicative of future events.
6.5. Consult qualified professional advisers before making trading or investment decisions.
7. User Responsibility
You acknowledge that:
- (a) cryptocurrency markets are volatile and operate continuously;
- (b) Alerts are informational, not instructions;
- (c) market conditions may change materially between alert delivery and your action;
- (d) detected spreads or price movements may not be actionable due to slippage, liquidity, delays, or other factors;
- (e) you are responsible for your own exchange accounts, trading decisions, and execution; and
- (f) you bear all risk of loss from any trading activity, whether or not informed by the Platform.
8. Acceptable Use
8.1. Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
8.2. You must not:
- (a) violate applicable laws or regulations;
- (b) use Alerts or data for market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, or market abuse;
- (c) redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit Content without our written consent;
- (d) use automated tools to scrape or access the Platform outside supported interfaces;
- (e) reverse-engineer, decompile, or derive the source code of the Platform;
- (f) circumvent security, rate-limiting, or access-control features;
- (g) access another user's account;
- (h) use the Platform to build a competing product;
- (i) transmit malicious code; or
- (j) assist anyone in doing any of the above.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. The Platform — including software, algorithms, design, and Content — is owned by or licensed to CryptoGrind and protected by intellectual property laws.
9.2. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for your personal use, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works.
9.3. "CryptoGrind" and related names and logos are our trademarks. Exchange names and logos belong to their respective owners and are displayed for informational purposes only.
10. Third-Party Platforms
10.1. The Platform sources data from third-party exchanges and blockchain networks, which may include centralized exchanges such as Binance, Bybit, MEXC, Gate.io, and BingX, as well as decentralized exchanges and protocols on networks such as Ethereum, Solana, BNB Smart Chain, and Base. Supported venues may change from time to time.
10.2. Alerts may be delivered via third-party messaging services, such as Telegram.
10.3. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, reliability, security, or privacy practices of any Third-Party Platform, or for changes to their services, APIs, or terms.
10.4. Your use of any Third-Party Platform is governed by its own terms.
10.5. We may add, remove, or change supported Third-Party Platforms at any time.
11. Subscriptions and Billing
11.1. Access to the Platform is provided through Subscription plans. Plan details and pricing are displayed on the Platform and may change.
11.2. Free plans may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time.
11.3. Paid Subscriptions are billed in advance at the frequency stated at purchase.
11.4. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider(s). Accepted methods are displayed at checkout. All fees are in USD unless stated otherwise.
11.5. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
11.6. Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through the Platform. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then.
11.7. Unless required by law, no partial refund is issued for unused time in a billing period.
11.8. See our Billing & Refund Policy for full details.
12. Trials
12.1. We may offer trial periods. Duration and terms will be stated at enrollment.
12.2. Trials convert to paid Subscriptions automatically unless cancelled before expiry.
12.3. One trial per user per plan.
13. Performance and Availability
13.1. We aim for reliable service, but the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available."
13.2. We do not guarantee any specific level of uptime. The Platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, Third-Party Platform outages, network problems, security incidents, or other causes.
13.3. Alert delivery times depend on multiple factors, including network conditions and Third-Party Platform responsiveness. We design for low latency but do not guarantee any specific delivery time.
13.4. Market Data may contain inaccuracies, delays, gaps, or errors originating from Third-Party Platforms. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for any decision.
13.5. We are not liable for losses arising from unavailability, delayed or missed Alerts, or inaccurate data.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
14.1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
14.2. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
14.3. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- (a) THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE;
- (b) ALERTS WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN ANY SPECIFIC TIME;
- (c) MARKET DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR CURRENT;
- (d) DETECTED MARKET CONDITIONS WILL STILL EXIST WHEN YOU ACT;
- (e) THE PLATFORM WILL DETECT ALL RELEVANT EVENTS; OR
- (f) USE OF THE PLATFORM WILL RESULT IN ANY SPECIFIC FINANCIAL OUTCOME.
14.4. Consumer rights. If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have statutory rights that cannot be excluded. Nothing here affects those rights.
15. Limitation of Liability
15.1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
(a) WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, TRADING LOSSES, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, ANY ALERTS OR DATA, ANY TRADING DECISIONS, OR ANY OTHER MATTER RELATED TO THE PLATFORM.
(b) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (i) FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM; OR (ii) USD $100.
15.2. Nothing here excludes liability for: (a) death or personal injury from our negligence; (b) fraud; or (c) anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Indemnification
16.1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CryptoGrind and its officers, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- (a) your breach of these Terms;
- (b) your violation of applicable law; or
- (c) your infringement of third-party rights.
16.2. If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, this obligation applies only where your conduct was unlawful or in breach of these Terms.
17. Suspension and Termination
17.1. By you. You may close your account at any time via account settings or by contacting [email protected].
17.2. By us. We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- (a) you breach these Terms;
- (b) we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or illegal activity;
- (c) you fail to pay applicable fees after notice;
- (d) required by law or government request;
- (e) necessary for security or technical reasons; or
- (f) we discontinue the Platform or a material part of it.
Where practicable, we will give you advance notice and an opportunity to retrieve your data, except where doing so would compromise security or legal obligations.
17.3. After termination. Your access ceases. We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections 6, 9, 14, 15, 16, and 22 survive termination.
18. Referral Program
18.1. We may offer a referral program. Commission rates, discounts, and program rules are displayed on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
18.2. Conditions:

- (c) Commissions are based on confirmed Subscription payments only.
- (d) We may withhold commissions in cases of fraud or abuse.
- (e) We may modify or discontinue the program with reasonable notice.
18.3. Referral commissions do not create an employment or agency relationship.
19. Changes to the Platform
19.1. We may modify, update, or discontinue features, supported venues, trading pairs, or Alert logic at any time.
19.2. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes affecting paid features.

21. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, pandemics, government action, internet or power outages, exchange outages, blockchain congestion, cyberattacks, or changes in law.
22. Governing Law and Disputes
22.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
22.2. You agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days before formal proceedings.
22.3. If informal resolution fails, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
22.4. If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. Nothing here overrides mandatory consumer protection rules.
23. Language
These Terms are in English. If translations are provided, the English version prevails.
24. General
24.1. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Risk Disclosure, Product Schedules, and Billing & Refund Policy, are the entire agreement.
24.2. Invalid provisions are severable.
24.3. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
24.4. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or reorganization.
24.5. No third-party beneficiary rights are created.
24.6. Notices to you may be sent via email or posted on the Platform. Notices to us: [email protected].

Product Schedules
Schedule A — Spread Alerts
Last Updated: March 2026
This Schedule supplements the Terms of Service and governs your use of Spread Alerts.
Description
Spread Alerts monitors the price of the same or equivalent cryptocurrency asset across multiple exchanges. When the price difference between two venues exceeds your configured threshold, you receive an Alert.
What You Receive
Each Alert typically includes the asset, the venues involved, the price on each, the spread percentage, direction, and spread type.
Spread Types
The Platform may detect spreads across venue combinations such as spot-to-spot, spot-to-futures, futures-to-futures, and DEX-to-CEX. The available types may evolve as the Platform develops.
Configuration
You may configure parameters such as minimum spread threshold, volume filters, venue selection, token exclusions, and notification preferences.
Important Disclaimers
- (a) A detected spread does not mean a profitable trade exists. The spread may narrow, close, or reverse before you can act.
- (b) Slippage. Prices in an Alert are indicative. Your actual execution price will differ.
- (c) Fees erode spreads. Trading fees, withdrawal fees, network fees, and funding costs may reduce or eliminate the apparent spread.
- (d) Liquidity limits. A spread that appears viable at small size may not be capturable at meaningful size.
- (e) Transfer delays. Moving assets between venues takes time. The spread may disappear before your funds arrive.
- (f) Exchange limitations. Exchanges may impose withdrawal limits, halts, KYC requirements, or regional restrictions that prevent execution.
- (g) DEX risks. Decentralized exchange trades involve additional risks including smart contract vulnerabilities, blockchain congestion, and transaction failures.
- (h) Market movement. Prices change rapidly. A spread that exists at the time of an Alert may not exist moments later.
- (i) Data accuracy. Spread calculations depend on Third-Party Platform data, which may contain errors or delays.
- (j) Not a recommendation. A Spread Alert is an automated notification, not a recommendation to trade.
Schedule B — Price Spike Alerts
Last Updated: March 2026
This Schedule supplements the Terms of Service and governs your use of Price Spike Alerts.
Description
Price Spike Alerts monitors for abnormal price movements across connected exchanges. When a token's price moves beyond a configured threshold within a given time window, you receive an Alert classified as upward or downward.
What You Receive
Each Alert typically includes the asset, the exchange, market type, percentage change, time window, starting price, current price, and direction.
Configuration
You may configure parameters such as minimum threshold, per-exchange sensitivity, market type filters, direction filters, token exclusions, and notification preferences.
Important Disclaimers
- (a) No guarantee a move will continue. A detected spike may reverse immediately.
- (b) False positives. Thin markets, data errors, and manipulation can trigger Alerts that do not reflect genuine events.
- (c) False negatives. The Platform may miss significant movements due to configuration, data issues, or system limitations.
- (d) Volatility is normal. Cryptocurrency markets are inherently volatile. A "spike" is defined by your thresholds, not by any objective standard.
- (e) Not a buy or sell signal. An upward Alert is not a recommendation to buy. A downward Alert is not a recommendation to sell.
- (f) Reversal risk. Sharp moves frequently reverse. Acting without understanding this may cause significant losses.
- (g) Manipulation. Detected spikes may result from pump-and-dump schemes or other manipulative activity.
Schedule C — Market Data
Last Updated: March 2026
This Schedule supplements the Terms of Service and governs your use of Market Data.
Description
Market Data aggregates real-time orderbooks, trade streams, and candlestick data from connected exchanges and blockchain networks into a unified view.
What You Receive
Available data may include orderbook depth, trade streams, multi-timeframe candlestick charts, and technical indicator overlays. Data from different sources is presented in a common format.
Configuration
You may configure venue selection, market type, trading pair, timeframe, and indicator overlays.
Important Disclaimers
- (a) Data accuracy. Market Data is sourced from Third-Party Platforms and provided "as is." We do not independently verify source data.
- (b) Completeness. Data feeds may have gaps, missing updates, or incomplete snapshots due to exchange outages, network issues, or other limitations.
- (c) Timeliness. While we aim to stream data in real time, actual latency depends on exchange performance, network conditions, and your connectivity.
- (d) Timestamp differences. Different venues use different timing conventions. Normalized timestamps are approximations.
- (e) Data interpolation. For some assets or timeframes, the Platform may infer or interpolate data points where source data is unavailable. Such data points reflect limited or absent trading activity and should be interpreted accordingly.
- (f) No redistribution. Market Data is for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or provide it to third parties without our written consent.
- (g) Technical indicators are tools, not signals. Built-in indicators are mathematical calculations applied to source data. They are not trading recommendations.
- (h) Not a professional data feed. Market Data is not designed for algorithmic trading systems, financial modeling, regulatory reporting, or any purpose requiring guaranteed data integrity.
