Billing, Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Plans

CryptoGrind offers free and paid Subscription plans. Details and pricing are displayed on the Platform.

2. Pricing

Prices are displayed in USD, inclusive of all applicable consumer taxes (TTC for EU consumers). VAT not applicable — Art. 293 B of the French CGI (VAT-exemption scheme for small businesses). The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay for the purchased period, with no hidden fees. An EUR equivalent is provided for reference where available. Any price change applies only to new purchases and is communicated at least 30 days in advance.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by our third-party provider(s). Accepted methods are shown at checkout. If paying in cryptocurrency, exchange rate and network fee risks are yours.

4. Taxes

VAT not applicable — Art. 293 B of the French CGI. CryptoGrind operates under the French VAT-exemption scheme (franchise en base de TVA); no VAT is collected or remitted, and no VAT can be deducted on issued invoices. If your local jurisdiction imposes an additional tax (e.g., a non-EU state tax), it remains your responsibility.

5. Trials

If offered, trial duration and terms are stated at enrollment. Free trials do NOT automatically convert into paid Subscriptions: at the end of the trial, paid features are disabled unless you voluntarily and explicitly subscribe to a paid plan. One trial per user per plan.

6. Cancellation & No Automatic Renewal

CryptoGrind Subscriptions are NOT subject to automatic renewal (tacite reconduction under Articles L.215-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). Each Subscription expires automatically at the end of the purchased period, with no further charge. To continue using paid features, you must manually submit a new renewal request via your account. No action is therefore required to “cancel”: the Subscription ends by operation of law at the end of the period. For any question, contact [email protected].

7. Downgrades

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current paid period.

8. Refunds

8.1. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

8.2. We may consider a refund at our discretion if:

  • (a) you experienced a prolonged service outage during a significant portion of your billing period; or
  • (b) you were charged in error.

8.3. To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your account email, billing period, and reason.

8.4. EU/EEA consumers — right of withdrawal. You are entitled in principle to a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts (Arts. L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).

8.5. Loss of the right of withdrawal — Art. L.221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code. CryptoGrind supplies digital content not delivered on a tangible medium. At checkout, we obtain your express prior consent to immediate performance of the service and your express acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal once platform access is activated. No refund will be granted on that basis beyond this point, except in the cases listed in Sections 8.1 to 8.3.

9. Non-Payment

If payment fails and is not resolved within a reasonable period after notice, we may suspend paid features or downgrade your account.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes are communicated with at least 30 days' notice.
